Food will be available for purchase but the event is FREE. The opening night event begins at 6:00 p.m., while 6:30 is the starting time for all other nights except one. Another special night that begins at 6:00 is the Taste of the Holidays, that will be held on Thursday, December 5th. This night features more than a dozen local restaurants serving their specialties for $1-$3 portions. Forty-nine animated, dazzling light displays surround the Central Park Lake for a ½ mile walking tour that is free to the public (with courtesy golf carts available for handicapped or elderly visitors). Donations accepted to support Rotary’s charitable donations to non-profit causes and eradication of polio world-wide. Performances by local singers and musicians on several nights as well as SNOW on weekends, Santa’s Merry Train Ride, and Elf Houses for the kiddies to enjoy. Santa himself will be there every Sunday before Christmas! Bruster’s Real Ice Cream will have a food truck nightly serving hot chocolate, marshmallows for roasting and their usual drinks and food. The City of Palm Coast’s Holiday Parade route will pass around Central Park on Saturday, December 14th.
