Area Information

Whether your idea of a perfect day is stretching out under clear blue skies or visiting the world’s most famous race track, you’ll find it all here. We’ll help you find the best places to eat, play and shop, whether you’re staying in Daytona, Ormond or New Smyrna.

Sometimes, this means getting off the beaten path and finding the cozy little places where locals go for the best bargains and meals. This is our town and no one knows it better than us. We want you to feel at home during your stay.

Use this web site to plan your visit to the area. Everything you need is here. This area hosts a wealth of diverse activities – from cultural to outdoors to sporting -so pick up a SEE Daytona Beach Insider’s Guide when you get here or read the In-Room Concierge book in the comfort of your hotel room for more of what’s happening.

Daytona Beach has the best that Florida has to offer: golden sand, fine dining, championship golf courses, deep sea fishing and historical landmarks. Chances are that no matter what time of year you’re here, you’ll find excellent weather conditions for outdoor activities.

Do remember to use plenty of sunscreen and to drink lots of water. Visitors are sometimes unprepared for our Florida sunshine.
With that in mind, almost every visit to Daytona Beach begins with a trip to our world famous beach. While Spring Breakers frolicking in the sand and surf made us famous, you’ll find our beaches are also the perfect place to relax with the family. If you’re more into adventure, you can parasail, rent a personal watercraft or stroll the boardwalk.

At the end of a perfect day, we’ll help you top it off with the perfect meal. Enjoy our ocean breezes and a frosty beverage
while taking in a relaxing view of the Atlantic or Intracoastal Waterway.

There’s so much to do here, you just might need more than one trip to get it all done!
